At Dolphin Bay in Atlas Village you can meet our marine heroes in an up-close and personal setting. Whether you are looking for the thrill of swimming alongside these playful mammals or establishing a connection with them at the edge of the lagoon, there is an experience for everyone.

Dolphin Meet & Greet

 

  • Behind-the-Scenes Tour
  • One complimentary printed photo per paid ticket will be provided after the experience
  • Towels and lockers for your use during the experience
  • Changing rooms and showers for use during the experience
  • Complimentary water, juices and coffee
  • FREE same-day access to the waterpark

 

Dolphin Encounter

 

  • Wetsuits or neoprene vests are provided and are mandatory for your experience
  • Towels and lockers for your use during the experience
  • Changing rooms and showers for use during the experience
  • 30 minutes check-in/changing/safety orientation with a Marine Mammal Specialist
  • 30 minutes in the water
  • Complimentary water, juices and coffee
  • FREE same-day access to the waterpark

 

Dolphin Swim

 

  • Wetsuits or neoprene vests are provided and are mandatory for your experience
  • Towels and lockers for your use during the experience
  • Changing rooms and showers for use during the experience
  • 30 minutes check-in/changing/safety orientation with a Marine Mammal Specialist
  • 30 minutes in the water
  • Complimentary water, juices and coffee
  • FREE same-day access to the waterpark

Policy

  • Dolphin Encounter experience must be confirmed upon arrival at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza and redeemed the same day as your waterpark admission
  • Participants of the Dolphin Encounter must arrive at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza 30 minutes before the scheduled start time and then at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time
  • If a participant arrives after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself
  • The maximum number per pod is 10 participants
  • This experience is for all ages and swimming abilities. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above. Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access
  • Photos are not included in the Dolphin Encounter however they can be purchased at the Photo Counter
